Interview with The Precise Agency

I recently got to know a dynamical company with positive results. This company is The Precise Agency Group that influences pop culture through advertising. I first got to know them on Facebook then on Twitter and was amazed at how they interact and engage with their followers while building and maintaining professional relationships. I contacted the CEO (Michael Hendrix) to see if he would be interested in doing an interview with me and without hesitation he said yes. Interview is as follows.

What made you want to start The Precise Agency?

My passion for influencing people IE consumers, voters drove me to enjoy using new platforms and emergent technologies to influence others. I also have a very creative and out of the box mind set that is a big advantage in my field of digital advertising.

When did The Precise Agency get started?

I started my company four years ago when it was not cool to be using social media platforms. People just kind of looked at me strange when I told them what I did :)

What services does The Precise Agency offer?

We offer all types of digital advertising, marketing, and digital PR services.

How many offices do you have and where are the locations of them?

We have four offices and they are located in:

How many clients do you currently assist?

Around 35-40 depending on the open projects and the month.

Do you have any examples of work you have done for clients?

We have plenty of case studies.

How do potential clients contact the Agency?

Through Facebook or the web. Once in awhile we will get a walk in or a phone call.

As I continued to speak to Michael, I felt this deep connection that his clients say they have with him and the team at Precise Agency. He conveyed to me that they are 100% dedicated to their clients with positive results in helping them and their business grow which made it easier for me to build a relationship with the company.

The Precise Agency Group also specializes in many other areas to market your brand such as getting your brand on numerous social media sites, blogs, web development and internet marketing with detailed attention. Operation Protect

Do you care about your future? Did you realize our kids are and mold your future? The future is currently in limbo by school districts cutting vital programs such as art, language, sports and after school activities. These vital programs give our children the chance to be creative, grow, learn and mold our future.

My dream is to get every twitter user by state to donate $1.00. The money collected by each state will be distributed evenly amongst each individual district. For example, if we raise $12.00 that is enough to pay a teacher for 1 hour of lecture or referee for a basketball game.

If you find this idea a great one and care to support, then let me know in a comment. I also, urge you to convey and share your ideas on this matter. So lets join together as one and protect our future ( Our Kids).

The Mona Lisa Suites Hotel

I had the pleasure of experiencing The Mona Lisa Suites Hotel located in the Celebration area of Kissimmee, Florida recently.

The hotel is very detail oriented and developed with location and luxury in mind. As soon as you enter the lobby you are greeted with a mural on the wall of Mona Lisa and a spiral staircase.

After checking in, I headed to the 4 fourth floor to my 2 bedroom suite.

As I entered my room, I immediately felt at home. Each bedroom had a King size bed with Egyptian style sheets and top of the line pillow top mattresses. Both bedrooms also came equipped with a 27 inch LCD television positioned on the wall, iPod dock radio, and computer desk.

The entrance to the the bathroom is located in each bedroom. As you walk in you will notice a glass styled shower, sink with stylish steel faucets and spa sized tub, not to mention your own personal oatmeal soap, shampoo and shower cap.

The kitchen, dining, and living space were all in same area. The kitchen came equipped with all stainless steel appliances, flat top stove and over head microwave.

In the living area you have a leather couch which folds out into a bed, 27 inch LCD television, and sliding glass door that leads you to the balcony.

Once out on the balcony, you are greeted with the view of lush tropical landscape, pool with lazy river. Also to go with the scenery you have the sounds of Caribbean music.

One thing I found I disliked about this Hotel was the non-existence of free continental breakfast. They do offer a buffet style breakfast for 5.99 and kids under 8 are free. The dining area is very sophisticated which comes equipped with a bar which serves up all your favorite drinks.

If you are looking for a hotel that is friendly, luxurious, and stylish with superb customer service then Mona Lisa Suites Hotel is where you want to be. From the time I checked til the time I checked out I was treated with respect and made feel at home. What more could you want in a Hotel? Thanks Mona Lisa for making my stay a remarkable one.

Aspects Of Being Social

As we all know being Social is hard for some people to do. To succeed in business and whatever we may do in life, we need to be social with everyone we come in contact with. I asked Gina a friend of mine to share with me how being social can have a huge positive impact on the way you succeed. I will now share with you what she had to say.

Yeah, I’m social.

I’m not media, just social. In fact if I’m anything, I’m a human.

Yet, being social has morphed from simple gregariousness to something a bit more far-reaching.

Why? People from all over the world are on social media and hey! I get to meet them! Singapore, England, Scotland, far reaches of Canada and the US, South America, Africa, you name it – there are people I consider to be friends (and vice versa) that I have met on Twitter. Oh, the opportunity was there before in small ways, but nothing like today’s avenues for reaching out to people of like – or unlike- minds.

Yep, I’m social. And I like part of what’s happening in social media. Oh, there’s Twitter, and (wait, there used to be Plurk…), Facebook, and well just about 40 sites on which you can talk to various people. Usually, I use Twitter and another site for people interested in the same subject. Do I use Facebook? Not so much.

Facebook is too slow for me! There’s little banter! I can post something and come back a bit later to maybe 20 additional posts in my circle of FB friends (the ones I haven’t hidden that do nothing but play incessant games or that only push their product or company). Maybe it’s my foray into the threaded bulletin board scene and like-interest chat rooms some years ago; I just like quicker responses, banter, and discussion.

Twitter’s my thing. I know, I know, you’re not supposed to *just* do Twitter – and I don’t – but Twitter is where I meet people, hang out occasionally, and even do some business. Not my main source of business leads, but that’s ok. Now and again someone asks me a question about real estate, and I’m happy to share. And have biz in my pipeline from it. I do love to share info about real estate, some volunteer efforts, my faith, and other things. I blog, sure, but that’s not conversation, unless someone comments.

I’m just as happy to talk with and get to know different people, and build relationships. That’s what social media is about for me – building relationships. Well… some relationships are more towboats than ocean liners, or more prop planes than 747’s, but you know what I mean. The variety of relationships is amazing, and I *get* to know all these people!

Yes, I’m an extrovert. It’s an integral part of me to want to be around people, to talk with or laugh with or tussle on topics with people.

It’s like having a few close relationships and otherwise a slew of people to talk with. I know musicians, writers, social media stars, developers, other Realtors, entertainers, pastors… What’s that? I *know* it’s on the computer – what? That’s not “real?” We share ideas, problems, solutions, hopes, dreams, fears, and happy, silly or scary-crazy times. When one of us is sick or having a bad time of it, the others rally around for support. When one of us has a wonderful accomplishment and we share it with our friends, they are there to support us and cheer us on. And when we changeup our goals and life and dreams, the wisest among us choose their words carefully so as not to burst our balloon of hope and ambition.

It’s about relationships and all the messy goofy things that happen within the scope of those relationships. Somewhere in the human-ness of our interaction, we truly care about one another (even when liking each other isn’t necessarily a part of the equation). Relationships? That’s humanity. That’s real life. Yeah.

Even on Twitter.

I hope you have gained some useful information from this post. To learn more about Gina feel free to follow her on Twitter of visit her at This Land Is For You. Until next time, happy blogging.

Words Of Encouragement

Are you facing depression and sadness due to the economy or the way things are currently going in life? I want to share with you what a friend (Gina Kay) sent me today.

It’s true.

One in ten. One… in ten… American families have missed at least one mortgage payment (http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/stories/2010/05/17/daily33.html) this year… as a Realtor, this makes my heart hurt for those in distress.

We try to go on, to ignore it, but the fact is, our neighbors (and sometimes ourselves) could be hurting financially. Oh, we tell some people if there are problems, but for the most part, financial issues as severe as the potential of losing our home simply doesn’t hit the radar.

Thanks to news stories such as the one about missed mortgage payments, our vulnerabilities are now front and center.

What to do in this time of seeming crisis? Is it truly a crisis, or a belt-tightening, a re-education of our ability to keep track of our money and direct it where it should go?

Perhaps. If we look over time at society’s dealings with issues that strike people at the heart, we find many examples… the Great Depression, the fall of Rome, the family who used to live next door and whose home is now overgrown with weeds… just like their lives may be…

There is an answer outside of simple re-education and re-working the budget, or even finding a new line of work when the old one has gone away.

There is hope.

When we speak about hope in the midst of situations that seemingly offer nothing but stress, we may sound Pollyannaish. It is now that we lean upon our God, our Christ, for strength, and upon one another.

In the words of a compassionate St. Francis: “Lord make me an instrument of thy peace… where there is despair, (let me sow) hope…” Our human partners of life in this world can often lend an encouraging word, having been through similar situations before and watching life improve over time or, as if it were a miracle, immediately upon letting our need be known.

And we lean upon our Lord, knowing that Romans chapter 8 enlightens us: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him…I am convinced that…neither the present nor the future…nor anything else in all creation will able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.”

During difficult times, God is strengthening our character by increasing our creativity to deal with situations, providing caring friends who follow His leading to help in concrete ways, and guides us to paths we may not have chosen without the difficulty being in our lives.

Jeremiah the Prophet cried out in his trials “Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: the unfailing love of the Lord never ends! By His mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each day.” (Lamentations 3: 21-23).

That same love promises God’s provision for our needs (not our wants, like that pretty little red convertible… but I digress…) Philippians 4:19 tells us “But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

It may seem dark for now, and the future foreboding. God’s love and the love of those He leads is there in front of you… beside you and all around you… Peace.

After reading this, I took the time to ponder and think about things in life. I realized that we are never alone. Also, what I may be dealing with, there are others out there dealing with alot more. I hope you find this helpful in your daily struggles.

Thank you Gina Kay!
